First Tee Gumbo Cup (New Orleans vs. Baton Rouge)

The Gumbo Cup is an exciting new tradition here at First Tee! This November, representatives from First Tee – Greater New Orleans will square off against a team from First Tee – East Baton Rouge Parish. We select our team through an application process that looks not just at golf skills, but also at grades and essay responses. Talk to your child’s coach if you are interested in having them participate in The Gumbo Cup.

Last year, First Tee – Greater New Orleans pulled out a win after a two-day tie. We expect this year’s game to be just as exciting, so please join us at Cypress Lakes Country Club in Destrehan to cheer our team to victory!
